Meet with me for an initial consultation to identify and discuss treatment needs, goals, and plan. Review privacy policies, disclosures, and practice policies. At the end of this session, you will get a sense of my approach and what to expect when working with me.
Initiate treatment plan and work towards goals. Treatment may last from just a few sessions to several years, depending on your needs and the kind of changes you wish to make.
Meet for one or several final sessions as therapy comes to a close. Review progress and growth and process various aspects of the therapy experience.
