Before We Begin
In preparation for your first therapy appointment, please provide me with your email address. You will be emailed a link to an online portal where you can enter your contact information, review and sign my practice documents and consent forms, and provide some intake information to help us get started.
What to Expect
I strive to provide psychotherapy in an inviting, relaxing atmosphere that is free of distractions. Our sessions will take place in an environment that is quiet, private, and a soothing escape from the bustle and activity of everyday life.
My office suite is a quick elevator ride or walk up to the second floor of a conveniently located Denver office complex with ample free parking. As you enter the suite, you will find a welcoming waiting room with tea and coffee as well as an assortment of magazines. I will promptly greet you and after you’ve completed the brief initial paperwork, we will enter my office to review confidentiality, disclosures, and other important information while reviewing your questions or concerns.
Stop Letting Fear Rule Your Life
If this is your first time attending psychotherapy and you’re worried you won’t have much to say, fear not! Therapy is a co-created process, an eye-opening adventure we undertake together, and you will find we will quickly establish a flow that works just right for you. Like many clients, you might be surprised that you feel significant relief just after one session.
